Established in 2024, Linemen Labs mission is to maximize the potential of every defensive linemen. Linemen Labs wants to take your game to the next level whether that is mastering the fundamentals or finding the extra 1% in your ability to take the next step.

Justin Zimmer

Justin Zimmer enjoyed a 7-year NFL career playing for five different NFL teams. His experience in multiple systems allows him to coach any defensive line athlete in techniques that translate to their scheme. Additionally, he holds a Master's degree in Exercise Science as well as numerous health and fitness certifcations.
